Peyton Harrison

Peyton Harrison brings a strong background in industrial development and construction management to his role as Project Manager at Encore Building Systems. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati and has three years of full time experience leading complex, high value projects from concept through completion.

Prior to joining Encore, Peyton worked for a local real estate developer as a Development Manager, where he led projects across all phases of design and construction, including tenant coordination and final occupancy. His experience includes large scale industrial and build to suit facilities, where he managed budgets, schedules, permitting, subcontractors, and key stakeholder relationships. Known for his proactive leadership and clear communication, Peyton consistently delivered projects on time and within budget while building strong relationships with contractors, partners, and local communities.

At Encore, Peyton is responsible for guiding projects from award through completion, ensuring alignment between internal teams, partners, and clients. His ability to anticipate challenges and maintain steady communication throughout the construction process helps drive smooth project execution and successful outcomes for Encore customers.

Raised on a farm in rural Ohio, Peyton built a strong work ethic and practical problem solving skills which he applies to everything he does. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, training for triathlons, playing basketball, and supporting local sports teams.
